ABOUT OUR PRESENTERS Joan Moore Joan K. Moore is a Supervisory Investigator for the United States Attorney’s Office and has been a Federal government employee for over 24 years. Joan graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and obtained her Masters of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management with a concentration in Accounting. Joan is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Government Financial Manager. Joan teaches Accounting Fraud courses at Keller Graduate School of Management, as well as the Becker CPA Review course. She is the President of the Two-One-Nine Toastmasters Club and Area Governor for Area 14 in the Central South Division of Toastmasters. She is Co-founder and President of the FDIC-Based Toastmaster’s Club and a published author. She has worked in the federal government for over 15 years and has served in several capacities throughout her career. She possesses a wealth of bank examination experience, with an examination background in institutions ranging in asset size from 10 million to over 1 million in assets and stretches across five states: Ohio, Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi and New York. She has performed the duties of Special Assistant to the FDIC Ombudsman, Special Assistant to the Ombudsman at the Department of Homeland Security and the Chairperson for the corporation’s Diversity Advisory Council. In her spare time, Mrs. Hasty has served as an adjunct professor of economics, business finance and accounting at Belhaven College, Jackson, Mississippi (Memphis campus) and written several children books. She is a wife and proud mother of two. Her academic background includes a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Mississippi Valley State University, Itta Bena, MS, a Masters of Accountancy from Strayer University, Washington, DC and she is finishing her last year at Graduate School of Banking At University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PN. Sue Webster Sue was elected as National President for the term July 2008 to July 2010. She is assigned to the Mission Support Services Department serving on the Lean/Continuous Improvement Core Team at the Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, in Crane, Indiana, an activity of the Naval Sea Systems Command. She is a lifetime member and has long been active in FEW, holding Chapter, Regional and National offices, most recently serving as Executive Vice President for the past two years. She received the 1995 Barbara Boardman Tennant award for outstanding service to FEW and was the recipient of the 2004 State of Indiana Women’s Commission Torchbearer Award (Volunteerism) for her work for FEW. She holds a Master’s Degree form Indiana University/Purdue University at Indianapolis. She is a native Hoosier hailing from Ellettsville, Indiana. Audrey Spear Audrey is a Senior Auditor for Office of Inspector General, Department of Defense Indianapolis, Indiana, Field Office. She has worked for the DoD Office of the Inspector General for 18 years. She is an active member of FEW’s All Seasons Chapter and has been active in local Civic Service Club holding various positions at the local and Regional levels. Kelly Molchan Kelly Molchan is the Program Coordinator for the Chicago Chapter of the Foundation for Personal Financial Education, a non-profit educational organization comprised of various financial professionals who conduct instructional workshops on important financial topics. Kelly holds an Associate Degree in Administrative Secretarial Science from Parkland College in Champaign, Illinois, as well as being a certified Professional Legal Secretary, travel agent and Illinois licensed insurance and real estate agent. Kelly is also an independent consultant and distributor of pure, safe and beneficial products for two excellent direct marketing companies: MonaVie and Arbonne International. Being a Hodgkin’s Lymphoma survivor, Kelly has a sincere desire to help people improve their body and spirit, as well as to help people plan for their financial futures. Kelly is dedicated to several personal and charitable causes including the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Muscular Dystrophy Association, and the United Methodist Church. Kelly is married to her biggest fan and supporter of all endeavors, Daniel T. Molchan. They share a condo in Chicago’s historical Prairie District and a country home in Valparaiso, Indiana. Hank Tajkowski Hank Tajkowski is the President of the Chicago Chapter for the Foundation for Personal Financial Education. The Foundation for Personal Financial Education conducts hundreds of workshop every year for companies, organizations, institutions, and associations of all types. A Quincy University, Magna Cum Laude graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Hank immediately after college joined Ernst & Young, one of the largest and premier accounting firms in the world. Soon after, Hank started his own company, Wealthy Logic Solutions, and a personal tragedy would later transform his career from retroactive reporting to proactive planning. He lost his to be Mother-in-Law to cancer at age 59, one month before the wedding; six months later, almost lost his wife, Sally, to Crohn's Disease; and seven months later, lost his Father-in-Law to cancer. At that point, he decided to focus his practice on estate simplification and security. In a sentence, to eliminate the question marks from his clients' financial futures. Hank is the President of Wealth Logic Solutions, is insurance and securities licensed in Illinois, as well as several other states. Hank is a Registered Representative with Madison Avenue Securities, Inc. He has been in practice for over 15 years working with individuals, families and businesses in various areas of financial planning. Becky Fasulo Becky retired from NASA at the Kennedy Space Center in December 2006 as an Administrative Specialist. She is a lifetime member of Federally Employed Women in the Space Coast Chapter. She has held several offices and committee chairs at both the Chapter and Regional levels, including Southeast Regional Manager. She served two terms as the Vice President for Training. She is currently serving her second term as the Vice President of Membership and Chapter Organization and continues to be very active at all levels of FEW.
