Rules and General Information
Six ribbons will be awarded in all classes – except warm-up.
Championship and Reserve Champion ribbons will be awarded in each division.
Classes are $25.00, Divisions $60.00, and Warm-Ups are $20.00.
EVERYONE MUST WEAR A HARD HAT WHEN MOUNTED.
The Judge’s decision will be final.
All dogs must be on leash at all times.
Entries must be paid at time of entry or covered by a check left with the show secretary. Please
make checks out to CKW. If payment is not made at the show there is an additional $25.00 due.
Negative Coggins is required. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Return check fee is $35.00

CONDITION OF ENTRY – Participants realize and accept the
inherent risks of equine activities. Every horse entered for competition
will be under the control of the Show Management, but Management
will in no case be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur,
and it shall be a condition of entry that each exhibitor shall hold the Show,
the Management and the Facility harmless for any loss or accident to
his/her horse, horses or equipment which may occur from sickness, fire
or otherwise.
MANAGEMENT reserves the right to interpret all questions in regard to
or arising out of an accident at the show without claims for damages or recourse
of any kind. All questions not covered in these rules and regulations shall be
decided by Management, and their decision is final. Management reserves to itself
the right to cancel or combine classes or to reschedule classes.
DISCOURTESY to an official by any spectator, rider, trainer or groom will disqualify
the horse or horses with which they are associated and all fees are forfeited.
