Classes will be $25.00, Warm-Up will be $20.00, and divisions
will be $60.00. If you are not showing, schooling is $25.00.
2. First through sixth place ribbons in each class – except WarmUp.
3. Championship and Reserve ribbons will be awarded in each
division.
4. HARD HATS MUST BE WORN WHILE MOUNTED.
5. The Judge’s decision will be final.
6. All dogs must be on a leash at all times.
7. Entries must be paid at time of entry or covered by a signed
check left with the show secretary. If payment is not made at the
show, a processing charge of $25.00 will be added.
8. Make checks payable to Hawkesbury Farm, Inc. or HFI.
9. CURRENT NEGATIVE COGGINS REQUIRED.
10. Return check fee of $35.00.
11. Show numbers are assigned by the show secretary and must be
worn when in ring, schooling included.
General Information
CONDITION OF ENTRY – Participants realize and accept the inherent
risks of equine activities. Every horse entered for competition will be under the
control of Show Management, but Management will in no case be responsible for
any loss or damage that may occur, and it shall be a condition of entry that each
exhibitor shall hold the Show, the Management, and the Facility harmless for any
loss or accident to his or her horse, horses, or equipment which may occur from
sickness, fire or otherwise.
MANAGEMENT – Reserves the right to interpret all questions and
conditions in regard to or arising out of an incident at the show without claims for
damages or recourse of any kind. All questions not covered in these rules and
regulations shall be decided by Management, and their decision is final.
Management reserves to itself the right to cancel or combine classes, or to
reschedule classes.
DISCOURTESY to an official by any spectator, rider,
trainer, or groom will disqualify the horse or horses with which they
are associated and all fees are forfeited.
STALLS AVAILABLE
$30.00 for the day
NOTE !!!!
If you reserve a stall you must pay for it if you do not cancel it by
7:00 AM on the Friday before the show.
Stall reservations made in farm name must be paid by farm in total.
