Provide scientific leadership, including the evaluation and implementation of new diagnostic

Disease testing. Coordination of science and operations across all Oncology and Genetic testing
laboratories.
Responsible for all aspects of laboratory testing including evaluation of new technology,
development of new diagnostic assays, quality assurance and laboratory operations at the Center
for Molecular Biology (Research Triangle Park, NC) and Monogram Biosciencs (South San
Franciso, CA). The Center for Molecular Biology and Pathology offers cutting edge
technologies in the areas of Genetics, Infectous Disease and Oncology. Direct reports include
clinical laboratory directors, laboratory general manager, and quality assurance department.
Monogram Biosciences offers genotyping and phenotyping in Virology and molecular
diagnostics in Oncology. Direct reports include Directors of Research and Development and
Laboratory Operations.
