BECAUSE OF WORK THE HOURS OF OPENING ARE LIMITED FOR ME EG. ONLY LATE FRIDAY, SATURDAY MORNING WOULD IMPROVE THIS FOR ME. FOUND NOTICE BOARDS CAN BE OVERLOADED AND SO WOULD NOT LOOK UNLESS NEEDED SOMETHING SPECIFIC. FOUND REFERRAL MUCH MORE EFFICIENT AND SPEEDY OF LATE. I AM HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED I'VE BEEN COMING TO THIS SURGERY MY WHOLE LIFE. I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE HERE, PLEASE DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING!!!! MORE DOCTORS LIKE DR GANCKE. MY NEEDS ALWAYS HAVE BEEN MET WHICH EVER DOCTOR I SEE PLEASE SORT THE ONLINE SYSTEM OUT, KEEPS FAILING STAFF VERY POLITE AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL THE PROVISION OF MAGAZINES ETC TO READ IN THE WAITING ROOM WOULD BE GREAT. THE SURGERY IS GOOD THE WAITING ROOM IS A BIT DATED, NEEDS MODERNISING. SOME OF THE RECEPTIONISTS COULD BE A BIT MORE WELCOMING TO BE ABLE TO PHONE FOR AN APPOINTMENT AT 8.30AM VERY GOOD SERVICE - HAPPY WITH ALL ASPECTS OF THE SERVICE I RECEIVE VERY SATISFIED WITH OUR SURGERY
