are required prior to the proposal defence date so
that the Department can prepare the defence report

Publishing:
Before the thesis defence, all students should have a letter of acceptance for publishing. All students must
publish a part or the entire thesis. This will in most cases be a part of the thesis re-written in a format
suitable for a journal. Payap provides 3 options for students 1) the Payap Symposium 2) the Payap
Journal 3) the Payap Graduate Journal. Other publishing opportunities are completely acceptable.

not completed you will be charged

Submit 1 hard bound copy to the department
and 3 hard/soft bound copies for your committee
members. If you had a mentor, turn in an additional
copy for them. Personalize the copies for your
committee as you desire.

cover for every CD
Submit 1 CD with PDF and Word (or Open Office)
to the Ling Dept along with all non-Windows fonts
used in the thesis.
