We are offering 12x12 ft. sites for vendors to sell
their wares, with the option to do a
demonstration. Vendors must supply their own
tables, chairs, and a tent that offers
protection of their wares. This is a juried
event. Please email or call to get approval of
your items first, thanks! In addition, artifact exhibitors can display their collections. However, this is for
educational purposes only, no buying or selling of Ancient Native American artifacts during the festival,

To keep the Vendor Fee at $50, we are asking vendors to either
volunteer an hour or do an approved 45-minute demonstration,
workshop, or concert. We need volunteer help with set-up, daily
trash duty, take down, clean up after the festival, security, and
other areas. We are only offering 40 paid vending spaces, so
register early to get a spot!
The Friends of Serpent Mound’s Summer Solstice Celebration will be
Friday, June 17 thru Sunday, June 19, 2016. Please enter Soaring Eagle
Retreat, at 375 Horner Chapel Rd., Peebles, Ohio 45660. This is still within
walking distance of the Serpent Mound. Camping will be available right next
to your vending spot! FOSM will not be responsible for lost items.
This is a Public Festival – NOT a Powwow, New Age, Pagan, or
Religious Event! This event is to promote the multitude of aspects
associated with Serpent Mound, from who made it to how is it used
today! We are looking for individuals that would be interested in helping us
educate the public in areas of…






There is open drumming on both Friday and Saturday nights that last until 12 am.
Festival Rules: (For everyone.)
 This is a family friendly event - there is to be NO alcohol, drugs, or nudity!
 Children are welcome and must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
 There is no smoking in the Main Tent, the Workshop Tents, or within the group hikes. Please do not throw
your cigarette butts on the ground.
 There is to be NO Indian Policing or Politics – All Races, All Religions, All Our Relations
 Sorry, dogs are not permitted.
