Organizational Goals and Objectives
To increase women’s basketball attendance. We hope to increase our fan base through special promotion games, ticket sales, media and advertising.
Goal: Increase women’s basketball attendance. Current average attendance is 667 per game.
Budget
The Pack the House Challenge was promoted and successful with no cost directly associated for athletics. All oncampus advertising was completed through free campus venues including the student center, lcd screens, campus newspaper, OU in the News website, listserve with Student Section (Grizz Gang), and campus mail distribution.
All community advertising was completed through trade agreements with Radio 1310 WDTW and Oakland Press.
The Pack the House Challenge pre-game event/tailgate was campus-wide supported by sponsorship from the
President’s Office, the Office of Special Events and Alumni.

We find it most feasible that our target market encompasses OU students, faculty and staff as well as the city of
Rochester and surrounding Detroit suburbs in Oakland County.

Our current target market depends on the day of the week and the month. We try to target specific audiences for game day promotions such as community schools, college students, families, schools, companies etc.

Grizzlies fans…a doubleheader weekend is upon us!!! Come out to support your Golden Grizzlies this Saturday,
February 2 as the Men and Women take on South Dakota State. Women’s action begins at 3:30pm and the Men will take the floor at 6:00pm. Come out and join us for the Tailgate Party on Monday, February 4 in the lower courts of the rec center for the Women’s game vs. North Dakota State. The tailgate is at 6:00pm and game tipoff is at 7:00pm.
