Spirituality is not confined to those who run away from the house and seek God. Our literature says
that one should work, do service, help to improve society and live fuller life. Again the yogas do not
advocate escapism.” Deal with social work and enrich yourself for life beyond.” This is what Divine
Mother also taught. Our indifference to our neighbors’ sorrows ultimately brings us suffering. A
human must help other human beings and this id defined as service by Divine Mother

Let us begin each day with a little kindness, a little
love, a little unselfishness and a little sacrifice for
someone. And that someone is none other than our
beloved Guru Poojya Shree Bhagawan. Yes, let us
devote at least one hour each day with prayers at
Mother’s feet for Deva’s good health. They say that
a creator of things can also destroy. In this case, we
are the creator of Deva’s sufferings and pain and
we alone can destroy it and what better way to
achieve this than by chanting the one and only
powerful Sharana Mantra given by Mother herself.
So let us all discipline us to do a little good deed at
the start of every day. The combined effort of all
our prayers will soon yield results and Deva will
always keep good health. Mother will surely listen
to our loving and sincere prayers. True we are all
busy in mundane activities but nothing is
impossible when it comes to show our love for our
Guru. Divine Mothers and Bhagawan’s lives on this
earth are examples of how much one can achieve in
24 hrs. All it takes is a little discipline and a little
effort in going an extra mile to chant the mantra for
our beloved Guru’s health that keeps failing time
and again ONLY BECAUSE HE LOVES US SO
MUCH. Yes, we owe Him much more than one
hour a day!

---I longed to see the divine lady (Divine
Mother). It was then that Thangam
(Mrs.T.N.K.Nayar) came from Madras and
related to others and me in the family, her
strange personal experiences. . Here I may
take privilege of recording that the first
Bhajan praising the Glory of Divine Mother
ever to be conducted in Kerala was performed
at my residence. An incident that happened
during this time is worth mentioning. One
evening when all were assembled in the hall
for Bhajan and when little children was
adorning Mother’s pictures with garlands on
strange sound like “OMKARAM” was heard

the deep significance that Mother’s
Chaitanayam has been established in my
house beyond doubt and that she has been
responded to our prayers.

as it was 7 am, the morning meditation time. She moved to place
where other desciples doing meditation. She sat for meditation.
Without any effort she could remember Mahavakya and her mind
merged in peaceful meditation. It was a divine play of Mother.

Poojya Sree Bhagawan’s Visit
Poojya Sree Bhagawan has graciously consented to visit Trichur Mandir for Gurupoornima on July
2nd 2004.There will be two days function in connection with Sree Bhagawan’s visit.
The Vigraha Pratishta day celebrations will start on 25th Februry.Detailed program in next bulletin.

look forward to reading the next one every Sunday. Living so far away from home, getting the bulletin
is like going to the mandiram for the weekly Sunday bhajans. I really like the quotes from the
