How to Create a New Family Account The maximum number of girls accepted per unit is set by District/Unit. This number is not changeable. Video 2. Waitlisting a Girl Sample of the letter sent to all girls registered in Province outlining step-by-step instructions for registering on-line distributed. Corrections can be made on-line. Video 3. Renewing Membership On-line Re-registration form. Photocopy for Units. Paper registration available. Must be sent to Joyce Perrie immediately after completion. Forms available from Units. $4 registration fee charged for family account. Possible registration fee for paper registration. Recommend training session for unit leaders on on-line registration Question on cancellation of membership to be answered. Use IMIS for list of members. MemberZone rosters are NOT accurate. Appreciation for reviewers discussed. MOTION: Moved by Heather Smith. Transfer inactive funds from former Mt. Terry Fox District into Area account. Seconded by Danielle Coates. Carried CAMPSITE MOTION: Moved by Joy Gregorash. To increase rental fee for Camp Selhowtkan for non-Guiding groups to $15 per person per night. Seconded by Tara Decker. Carried TNA Campership. TNA Campership Application for Camp Selhowtkan –Area offers a campership subsidy of $6 per night. ($11 per bed night fee for Camp Selhowtan minus the $6 campership subsidy = $5 per bed night.) Awards Adviser and Committee reaching end of terms QUEEN'S JUBILEE No event planned at Area level. BUDGET 2013 May 1, 2012, deadline for Adviser's project proposals. Include $ value for all activities and events for preliminary budget. June 2012 - Area meeting to discuss and draft budget September 2012 - Area meeting final acceptance of budget District Commissioners to ask Districts for suggestions of what they want for Area events in 2013. SAFE GUIDE - Check updates. SAFE TEEN – Feedback. WAITLIST MANAGER Anne Cameron, Pat Robertson and Joyce Perrie are the only members in TNA that meet the criteria for this position. MOTION: Moved by Joyce Perrie. That TN Area purchase the necessary equipment (as in a computer) to take on the position for (wait listing) registration in IMIS. Seconded by Heather Smith. Carried.
