Tourmaline, Limestone(Dolomite 20% and Calcite97%), Columbite/Tantalite (Grade 1318),Feldspar (Ceramic grade), Clays (30-50%), Gold, tin, Lead, Zinc ,Silver and Gemstones
(Beryl, Aqua Marine, Tourmaline, Amethyst, Emerald) and other yet unverified mineral contents.
We own a 15 hectare and more (Green Balmorals) Granite deposit as in maps and stone picture
attached:
Other minerals Tourmaline, Limestone (Dolomite 20% and Calcite97%), Columbite/Tantalite
(Grade 13-18),Feldspar (Ceramic grade), Clays (30-50%), Gold, tin, Lead, Zinc ,Silver and
Gemstones (Beryl, Aqua Marine, Tourmaline, Amethyst, Emerald) and other yet unverified
mineral contents;
can be easily acquired through relations and local community holders by family negotiation.
Lifespan of deposits:
The deposits are in very large quantity and the least operating
period for any is 50 years and above for a high capacity production factory.

Europe and America as well as a dynamic emerging local demand
here in Nigeria.

Local Economic/Operating environment: Friendly and highly encouraging. The deposits are
situateted in Okpella Clan in the Etsakor East Local government area of Edo state. This
is a very peaceful asapect of Nigeria. It is about 3 hours from Abuja, the capital city. The
people are well educated, very friendly and accomodating to foreign investors. They
realise that though the deposits are there, they are meaningless to the community
without the expertise of the investor coming in with management, capital and
machinery. There is enough land to build accomodation for offices as well as
residence/guest houses for the foreign investors in a serene and conducive aspect of
the clan very close to nature.
