Seasonal Marketing Intern

Responsibilities:
Market Research







Survey report generation (deeper dives, especially on branch NPS study)
Data entry on any paper surveys (EWM, Retail, etc.)
Inputting initial surveys (with training on tool)
Assist is qualitative research projects (focus group logistics)
Routine survey reporting/updating into established templates
Researching customer experience best practices white papers, reports
Special projects (TBD)
Product Management




Help with search engine optimization key word research
Qualifications:






Self-starter; able to work well without constant direction
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint proficiency
required)
Previous marketing skills/courses strongly preferred
Communications, Marketing, Business Administration majors preferred
Education/Experience:

Candidate must be enrolled in a two or four year accredited college/university.
Time Commitment:

Fall semester, up to 20 hours a week, hours flexible Monday-Friday 8-5.
