Disabled Supporter’s Ticket Exchange Scheme
Ticket Exchange works in the following way: Registered Disabled Season ticket holders, (Gold
Members) who find that they are unable to attend a game, can email a 2010/2011 Ticket Exchange
Sell form to disabilitytickets@arsenal.co.uk, with Ticket Exchange in the subject heading, or
telephone the Disability Liaison Team on 020 7619 5050 and post their tickets for sale to Registered
disabled supporters - Purple Members (subject to restrictions).
Registered disabled supporters - Purple Members looking for tickets may apply using the 2010/2011
Ticket Exchange Buy form. Importantly, the exchange will only come into operation on matches that
have sold out. If submitting the form by email to disabilitytickets@arsenal.co.uk, supporters must
ensure that Ticket Exchange Buy and the game concerned are in the subject heading
Season Ticket holders who successfully sell their seat will have their membership card deactivated
for that match. The value of all ticket(s) sold will be held in an account until the end of the season:
this will be deducted from the following season’s membership fee (Season Ticket renewal). Only
upon completion of each successful Ticket Exchange transaction is the seller’s membership card
automatically deactivated which then activates the purchaser’s membership card.
We are unable to guarantee that seats that have been offered for sale will be sold. The seller of the
ticket will be charged a nominal administration fee of approximately 10% which will fund the
development and operation of the Ticket Exchange. The seller will therefore receive approximately
90% of the paid ticket value

Donating your tickets.
The Disability Liaison Team (DLT) receives numerous requests for tickets from local disability groups,
disabled children’s organisations and terminally ill people. As an alternative to putting their tickets
for sale on the Tickets Exchange, season ticket holders might like to consider donating their tickets
to the DLT who will then allocate them to a deserving local group or individual.
Season Ticket holders wishing to do this should either email their details along with the game(s)
concerned to disabilitytickets@arsenal.co.uk, with Ticket Donations in the subject heading, or
telephone the Disability Liaison Team on 020 7619 5050
