Subject Property Location and Description. The 16 approximately 2.5 acres of land (R. E. Nos. 005911-0000, 005912-0000, 17 005955-0000, 005956-000, 005957-0000, 005958-0000, 005961-0000, and 18 005962-0000) are located in Council District 12 south of I-10 and east 19 of Cahoon Road between Cahoon Road and Memorial park Road, as more 20 particularly described in Exhibit 1 and graphically depicted in Exhibit 21 2, both of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by this 22 reference (Subject Property). 23 Section 2.
