GRAD CEREMONY TICKET REQUEST FORM
The SRT grad class of 2015 will be holding the ceremonies at the Hard Rock Vancouver Theatre on Tuesday,
June 23 @ 4:00 p.m. As space is limited at this venue each graduating student will be able to purchase up to 5
tickets @ $10.00 per ticket. Once all students have had an opportunity to purchase tickets, there is a possibility
that there MAY be extra tickets available which will be opened up later on in the spring once we finalize
numbers.
Please return this form along with payment to Mrs. Watts in the main office no later than Friday, February 27.
Tickets will be issued to students in June at the grad rehearsal.
