ODU InterVarsity: Leadership Application The application process: 1. Before filling out this application, it is necessary that you read the Leadership Explanation document posted on oduintervarsity.org and review the Statement of Agreement mentioned therein. 2. Take time to thoughtfully and honestly respond to each question. In part II, only fill out the set(s) of questions that correspond(s) with the position(s) for which you are applying. In part III, please indicate which if any attendance expectations will present an issue for you. 3. Type out your answers and save/title the document with your first and last name. 4. Send the document in an e-mail (titled “application”) to oduintervarsity@gmail.com by Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 11:59 pm. 5. A staff or vision team member will contact you to set up an informal 30-min interview during the week of March 2-6. This is to get to know you as a person, in addition to what you have written. The staff and 2014-2015 vision team will review all applications and respond with placement offerings, in person or via telephone, no earlier than Monday, March 16. Selected leaders should plan to attend a joint meeting with the outgoing and incoming leadership teams on Sunday, March 22, 7-8:30 pm. New Crash, worship, and vision teams should plan to meet in their teams at least twice in the month of April. New Crash and worship teams will lead two Crashes in April. Small group co-leaders for 2015-2016 will meet together at least twice in April.
