More weed killer as the weeds are growing out of control Green Road – spray weeds around garage area Show areas that the gardeners are responsible for – a map? Leaf clearing Strimming along edges after grass is cut Gutter clearing Gardeners need to do the job properly Green Road – lower branches need cutting back Prickly bushes around OAP bungalows No October cut to stop people hurting themselves when going past on scooters, etc. Thistles in stones Chapelfield Way – hedges to be removed and fencing to replace them Chapelfield Way – leaf collection to see pavements better Weeds on parking areas Chaplins Close – Berries and leaf collection needed and trees that have berries to be cut down Stapleford – grass cutting: have cuttings collected Green Road – hedges to be taken up and replaced with new fencing all around. Also more weed killer around communal room and back path next to field. Trees down outside no.10 on the green and other trees trimmed down Are tenants responsible for keeping their garden tidy? Grass cuttings which are left are messy and a nuisance Trees need pruning more often within regulations, i.e. nesting time Go back to the old days – the grass cutting is dreadful – they leave it laying on the paths, and the trees at the back of my garden are at least 8ft tall which makes my room so dark that I have my light on nearly all day Why not get back to normal with SHO on site now and then? Wrong equipment used Vandals, huge holes in the lawn and parking on the grass Some hedges only cut once a year Need a new car park Present contractors do not cut grass properly – rip up grass and blow it all over the place and drive too fast on ride on mower Grass cut when wet and don’t move dustbins in front Leaves on paths and grass collection – should contractors do it? Weed killer around the communal room in the Spring Grass cutting with a collection box would be a better job Don’t clear up after strimming, use strimmer instead of mower Trees not cut back Tree roots not checked for damage to grounds Orchard Close – painting is currently being done, but repairing woodwork BEFORE painting is more sensible
