The Tree House Grass Project
The Tree House is looking to do something about the muddy mess of our backyard lawn. The grass area
has been a struggle since we opened The Tree House; we are often dealing with broken / clogged
sprinklers, dead grass areas or fencing off areas where we are trying to get the new grass to grow. We
want to fix this problem for good! We are looking into artificial grass so we can have usable grass all
year long. Here are the pros:
 Your kids clothes won’t come home full of mud any more
 Your kids knees and hands won’t be nasty with mud when they play outside
 Your kids will be able to use the grass all year long
 The Tree House will be an example in saving water
 Janet and Cheryl will be two very happy people 
The problem is it is expensive (upwards of $9000) and not in our budget. We are asking for some help
from you. Here are a few ways you can help:
 Instead of any Christmas gifts we would like you to donate to the “grass project”
 If you work for a company who would be willing to donate please ask them
 We will be having a fundraiser sometime in January – probably a take home dinner event-please
support!
 Kids will be having bake sales at pick up time (how can you say no to them )
We have never done a fundraiser before and this will not be a regular thing. This is something we very
much want and the only way to make it a reality is to ask for your help. Thank you in advance for your
