
$1 per report, hard copy or PDF to be scanned or mailed to Danielle Metterville
OR

$0.33 per line on a spreadsheet, to be emailed to Danielle Metterville
There is also an additional $100 available to cover baseline HIPAA training and orientation,
if the student is not already qualified to review patient records
