Articulation Agreement Process Flow Document Students enrolled and completing courses which have Articulated Agreements can obtain Community College credit prior to attending Moorpark Community College’s CNSE program (Computer Networking Systems Engineering). Students can obtain Moorpark CNSE unit credits by completing required paperwork and scoring 70% or higher on Final Exam for the course seeking credit. Student is required to have successfully completed course at campus where Articulation Agreement exists prior to seeking related CNSE unit credit. Additional information can be obtained by contacting either Karen Dubois (for articulation information) or Edmond Garcia (for Credit By Exam arrangements) 1) Student seeking Credit By Exam (CBE) must be attending one of the School Districts (A, B, C, D) AND have completed course within 15 months of CBE exam date; A. Conejo Valley school district. B. Moorpark school district. C. Simi Valley school district. D. School district with Articulated Agreement in place 2) Student must complete Online Application to Moorpark College AND have an active 900 student ID number indicated on the Special Admission Form. 3) If High School student then Special Admission Form must be completed AND signatures obtained from Parent AND Counselor on submitted Special Admission Form. 4) Credit By Exam Petition Form is available at Moorpark College Counseling Department 5) Student must pass either ; A) Pass CBE Final Exam which must me proctored by CNSE dept faculty at Moorpark College with a score of 70% or higher. Contact Ed Garcia for exam dates. B) Pass Vendor Specific Certification Exam, which requires prior approval from ED Garcia to ensure correct exam is being attempted. Requires submission of evidence to include verification of score with related exam identified and student identification (ex: Drivers License) with 2- legible paper copies provided to Ed Garcia.
