Dole Public Service Scholarship Program Criteria: Students must be a 2011 graduating senior, must have a 3.0 or higher GPA, and have a significant involvement in volunteer community service projects or public service activities. Kansas County Clerk’s and Election Officials Association News Election Service Scholarship Eligibility: Senior with a 3.0 GPA or Freshman or Sophomore in College, who will complete a minimum of 12 credit hrs in college with a 3.0 GPA. Criteria: Scholarships are limited to students who intend to major in Journalism, Political Science or Communications. Complete the Application completely as stated, enclose a Brief Hand Written Essay, and two letters of Reference. Amount: $500 Deadline: April 3rd. See Ms. Murphy for an application. Steve Harper Memorial Scholarship Eligibility: Any graduating senior enrolled in a Kansas high school that plans to attend a 4-year college or university in the state of Kansas and study photography or natural resources curriculum. Must provide proof of full-time(12credit hours) enrollment. Criteria: Award based on past or current involvement in the natural resources or photography areas. KSU--Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity Scholarship Loren Mall Leadership Scholarship Eligibility: Incoming MALE student Criteria: Leadership & Academic Excellence in High School: grades, ACT, school and community activities, leadership roles. No minimum GPA or ACT, but the top students are encouraged to apply. Additional Info: Short Application, & Finalists are required to take part in an interview on April 19th. Amount: $500 Deadline: Postmarked no later than April 1.
