3. GIFT AID DECLARATION
If you are a UK taxpayer you can increase the value of your
donation at no extra cost to you by ticking the box and signing

 I wish the RCM to treat all donations I have made for this
tax year and the six years prior to the year of this declaration,
and all donations I make from the date of this declaration until
I notify you otherwise, as Gift Aid donations. I understand that I
must pay 25p United Kingdom income tax of capital gains tax
for the £1 I have donated in the tax year. The Government will
add an extra 3p, so that the RCM will receive 28p for each £1
donated under Gift Aid.
