Thank you for choosing Arts Street in an effort to train the youth of Denver in the Arts!
Our mission at Arts Street is to cultivate underserved youth into a creative and
culturally competent workforce by using the power of the arts to engage youth and
build leadership skills with arts professionals as teachers and mentors. With visual,
performing and multi-media curricula, participants EXPLORE the arts, engage in
ENRICHMENT programs and develop workplace competency skills through
TEAMJOBS; entrepreneurial mentoring for alumni and young adults. Our Mobile
Classroom (Walt’s Wheels) and Studio-based extended programs facilitate a
balance of training formats, from short-term outreach to in-depth work skills and
technology training.
As an Arts Professional with teaching experience, your first step is to complete this
packet of information, which includes the following:
 Arts Instructor Application Form
 Class/ Workshop Proposal Form
As an Arts Professional with NO prior teaching experience, your first step is to
complete the included forms. In addition, you will be asked to provide 1
volunteered workshop to demonstrate teaching abilities.

You will be scheduled an interview shortly after we have received your information.
