Port Management Office –SOCSARGEN
“A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE OF A BID BULLETIN FOR THE
TERMS OF REFERENCE AND INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROJECT
DISPOSAL OF UNSERVICEABLE VEHICLES, ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION
WASTE MATERIALS AND OTHER SCRAP MATERIALS”
WHEREAS, the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA), Port Management Office (PMO)
SOCSARGEN Disposal Committee posted an Invitation to Bid (ITB) and Terms of
Reference (TOR) at the PPA Website and other conspicuous places in the locality on
October 9, 2015 with regard to its Disposal Of Unserviceable Vehicles, Engineering
Construction Waste Materials and Other Scrap Materials;
WHEREAS, on October 16, 2015 at South Cotabato Integrated Port Services, Inc.
(SCIPSI) Conference Room, Makar Wharf, General Santos City a Pre-Auction
Conference was conducted with the prospective bidders/offerors;
WHEREAS, the TOR and ITB were presented and discussed to the prospective
bidders/offerors;
WHEREAS, the category of Engineering Construction Waste Materials and Other
Scrap Materials bear no sub-totals in its sub-categories;
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a bid bulletin be issued reflecting the sub-totals for
each sub-categories of Engineering Construction Waste Materials and Other Scrap
Materials;
RESOLVED as it is hereby RESOLVED that a bid bulletin be made reflecting the
sub-totals for the Disposal of Engineering Construction Waste Materials and Other
Scrap Materials’ sub-categories;
RESOLVED, at the SCIPSI Conference Room, PPA, PMO-SOCSARGEN, this 16th
day of October 2015.
