Please pay Rs 9,000/- (Rs. Nine Thousand Only) as Earnest Money Deposit in the form of Demand draft/FDR
drawn in f/o India Security Press, a Unit of SPMCIL, Nashik Road failing which quotation will be rejected. Earnest
Money Deposit by cheque will not be accepted.
Envelope containing quotations to be sealed and conspicuously marked “QUOTATION FOR HSP – 102 / 2010
DUE AT 2.30 P.M. ON ”. The quotations will be opened on 07-12-2010 at 3.00 P.M.
Successful Bidders will be required to pay SECURITY DEPOSIT to the extent of 10% of total value of Supply
Order, if it exceeds Rs. 1 Lakh.
Supply should have maximum expiry date; but, should not be expired more than 1/6 th of the whole life period. Each
strip/pack/bottle must be marked with RED INK as “ISP SUPPLY NOT TO BE SOLD”.
In rare circumstances, if the material is not consumed before the date of expiry, the tenderer shall have to replace the
said medicine /materials with fresh stock or supply alternatives offered by us.
Elements of Taxes, Duties, etc., should be indicated in clear terms. If no mention is made regarding these elements,
it will be assumed that the rate quoted by you is inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, etc. Non supply of material
within the stipulated delivery period will attract liquidated damages to the extent of 2% (two per cent) per month
basis.
Quotations should be sent by Post/approved Courier Service /hand to be dropped in Tender Box at Green Gate,
I.S.P. Quotations by Telex/Telefax/Telegram will not be accepted, for whatsoever reasons. Postal delay will not be
condoned and quotations received late will not be considered.
If the material is being supplied through your authorised stockist/local distributor, his name & full address be
intimated with Authorisation Certificate failing which tender may be ignored.
Full payment will be released within 30 days on receipt of material, inspection and acceptance of stores.
Whole seller Price and MRP should be quoted separately.
Shelf life and expiry should be clearly mentioned.
In case you are unable to quote, kindly send us regret letter.
The quotations through Fax and e-mail will not be accepted.
