Quotations, prepared not according to the format and without the presentation of the below
mentioned documents shall not be considered.
PJSC «DMKD» reserves the right for the itemized purchase of the Commodities and
Materials.
2. Form of tender execution:
Multiple stage tender, combined with the qualified selection of the participants. Request for tender
quotations is carried out by an announcement on the PJSC «DMKD» website and by the request for
quotations.
After tender closing the decision will be made (without the tender participants presence) on the choice
of the supplier on the basis of quotations received and on the basis of PJSC «DNEPROVSKIY IRON AND
STEEL WORKS » technical specialists conclusion regarding the possibility of suggested products operation
in the conditions of PJSC «DNEPROVSKIY IRON AND STEEL WORKS».
3. Conditions of qualified selection carrying out:
For the qualified selection participating companies have to submit the documents to the tender
execution authorized representative (see Clause №4) till 12.00 05.11.2015 (inclusive):
PJSC «DNEPROVSKIY IRON AND STEEL WORKS» reserves the right to reject any or all the
quotations wholly or partially, and also not to accept tender with the lowest price or any other offer that could
be received. PJSC «DNEPROVSKIY IRON AND STEEL WORKS» shall not be liable for any expenses or
losses, that might occur by any bidder during its technical and commercial tender preparation or in other
case, connected with the further quotation development.
Tender participant, despite the fact whether their quotation is accepted or not and all the other tender
documentation recipients, and also negotiating parties must consider the information obtained as
confidential.
4. Documents submission deadline for the qualified selection:
The quotation should be submitted 30.10.2015 till 05.11.2015 (inclusive) on the e-mail:
tender@dmkd.dp.ua, and also by fax:+38(0569) 51-67-87,
51-67-77.

The decision for the given Product supply shall be made on

6. Product requirements
- Operation warranty period – 12 months from the moment of commissioning under the condition of
compliance with the operating procedure;
- Manufacturing according to the PJSC «DMKD» specifications and according to the drawings
provided by PJSC «DMKD»;
7. Delivery conditions:
The quotations to be considered are accepted upon the following conditions:
1. DDP Dneprodzerzhinsk (Incoterms 2010) – all the quotations will be brought (for
comparison) to the sole delivery basis. Claims to the calculating method shall not be considered.
8. Price and payment conditions:
7.1. In the commercial quotation the price should be indicated:
- With regard of transportation and overhead charges;
- Without VAT;
- In UAH.
7.2. If the price is indicated in another currency the reassessment will be made at the exchange rate
of the National Bank of Ukraine on the date of tender execution.
7.3. Preferred payment condition is payment «upon delivery within 20 banking days».
7.4. PJSC «DNEPROVSKIY IRON AND STEEL WORKS» reserves the right upon the
agreement/contract conclusion to request the following documents along with the product delivery:
- For imported Products:
Certificate of Origin – certificate - document, сcontaining the data of the Products country of origin.
Certificate ISO 9001 – certificate-document, confirming, that the company has the quality control
system and it is operating.
Quality Certificate – certificate, confirming the given product quality, its compliance to the standard
requirements.
- For domestic Products:
Certificate of Compliance, authenticated by its issuing establishment (in case of necessity for the
mandatory certification) – document confirming the compliance of the item to the requirement of the technical
regulations, standard stipulations, code of conduct or contract conditions.
Quality Certificate (passport) – certificate, confirming the given product quality, its compliance to the
standard requirements, technical conditions.
9. Tender evaluation criteria and supplier selection:
- The conclusion of PJSC «DNEPROVSKY IRON AND STEEL WORKS » technical specialists on the
offered Products compliance to the requirements of the Customer;
- Optimal ratio of the price and quality*;
- Compliance of the technical and commercial quotations of tender participants to the requirements of
PJSC «DNEPROVSKY IRON AND STEEL WORKS», stipulated in the given tender conditions;
- The experience of the previous deliveries;
- Preferred agreement/contract format – according to PJSC «DNEPROVSKIY IRON AND STEEL
WORKS» format.
- The quotations from the manufacturing companies are considered for consideration with the
submission of the corresponding documentation or from the official representatives (dealers) with the
presentation of manufacture’s certificate (dealer) issued by the manufacturing company.
Notice:
- Quotations should be executed according to the format.
- List of the documents on legal capacity of the contracting party:
1. Copy of the Statute (or an extract from the Statute, including the front page and the sections, that
contain the description (full, short), location, purposes and types of activity, legal status, authority of society
controlling bodies – their competency decision making procedure, and also the section stating the size of the
Charter Capital).
2. Copy of the Certificate of Filing.
3. Copy of the Certificate (Extract) from the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of
Ukraine (EDRPOU).
4. Copy of the license, other approval document, authorizing to conduct certain types of economic
activity.
5. Copy of the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs
or copy of the certificate about tax accounting taking in upon the form № 4-ОПП, in the cases foreseen by
the current legislation.
6. Copy of the Certificate of uniform tax payment (if the company is the payer of this tax).
7. Copy of the Certificate of company registration as a payer of the value added tax (if the company is
the payer of such tax).
8. Copy of the power of attorney or other document, confirming the powers of company officials for
the contract signing (for the directors, acting without the power of attorney on the basis of the Statute – copy
of the report on appointment (election) to the post or other confirming document).
9. Copy of the authorization for the start-up of the operation from the State Health and Safety
Supervision Authority.
10. Description of company specifics and production capacity.
11. Reference-list.
Quotations, prepared not according to the format and without the presentation of the below
mentioned documents shall not be considered.
* - PJSC «DMKD» is not obliged to accept the tender with the lowest price or any other
quotation that might be received.
