TENDER NOTICE
Subject: Sealed Quotations for the disposal of obsolete, unserviceable furniture and
other items – reg.
Sir,
I am directed to say that this Department proposes to dispose of the obsolete,
unserviceable furniture and other items. Quotations are invited from interested
parties. Quotation must be accompanied with an earnest money deposit of Rs.
2000/- (Rs. Two thousand only) in favour of Drawing & Disbursing Officer,
Department of Disinvestment, New Delhi in the shape of a Demand Draft. The
quotations without earnest money will not be considered.
2.
The interested parties may inspect the items “As is where in basis” on any
working day between 1100 hrs to 1300 hrs. The quotation should reach to the
undersigned latest by 1100 hrs on 06.07.2009. The tender will be open on same day at
1500 hrs.
3.
The undersign reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without
assigning any reason. The details of the items is enclosed at Annexure.
4.
The employees of the Department of Disinvestment and their relatives are not
allowed to participate in the auction.
