Approval of Street Name
for Ecological Solutions for Mine Brook Road, LLC, Subdivision
Block 4701, Lots 2, 3, 23 & 24
WHEREAS, pursuant to §21-36.10 of the Revised Land Use Ordinances of the
Township of Bernards, a developer shall submit all proposed street names to the
Township Committee for its review and approval; and
WHEREAS, Ecological Solutions for Mine Brook Road, LLC, has submitted the
following proposed street name: RIVER FARM LANE; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to § 21-36.10, the Township Engineer has reviewed the proposed
name and determined that the street name shall not conflict with or be mistaken for any
existing street name in the municipality or postal zip code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Committee of the
Township of Bernards, that the street name RIVER FARM LANE be approved; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Township Committee of
the Township of Bernards that RIVER FARM LN be utilized as the official database
name for RIVER FARM LANE.

Explanatory Statement:
Ecological Solutions for Mine Brook Road, LLC, has requested the name “River Farm Lane” for the new private road
to be constructed off Mine Brook Road, located between Route 287 and the Dead River. This name is acceptable to
the Township Engineer/Planner, Police Department and Historian.
