RULES & REGULATIONS
Entry forms due to Exhibition Office August 1 st.
Entries to be received by NOON, Saturday, August 9th
Photocopies or late entries not accepted../closed judging,Sunday,August 10th
Entries must not have been previously shown at the Exhibition.
Photos must be 8x10 and not larger than 8 x 12 in a Glass Clip Frame with proper hanging wire
attached(can be purchased from Dollarama or Micheal’s),Mats,Wood or Plastic Frames will not be
accepted this year.
All prizes not guaranteed to be given if fewer than three entries in a section.
Fewer than 3 entries in a section may be moved to another section.
Entries to be picked up at the Art/Photo Barn Monday, August 18 th 9am - 11am.
OPEN TO COLOR, BLACK & WHITE & DIGITAL PHOTOS
Photos judged on merits of composition, content and over-all quality.
Only zooming and cropping is allowed for sections 1-12.
Digitally altered photos will only be accepted in section 13
Juniors must state age on Entry Form.
One entry per exhibitor per section, maximum 3 entries per exhibitor.
