Board Minutes
December 1, 2010
The Board of Education of the Fairborn City School District met in Special Session on
Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at the Board of Education. The following members answered the
8:00 a.m. roll call: Mrs. Tess Little, Mr. David Taylor, Mr. Tom Swaim and Mr. Bob Carico,
Mrs. Angie Botkin arrived at 8:05 a.m.
Dispensed with the Pledge of Allegiance
WORK SESSION
The Board met with Steve Avakian and Kathy Young.

9:36 a.m.
Mr. Carico moved and Mr. Taylor seconded the motion that inasmuch as there is no further
business to come before the Board at this time, the Board pass a resolution to adjourn the
meeting.
Roll Call: Mr. Taylor, yea; Mrs. Botkin, yea; Mr. Swaim, yea; Mr. Carico, yea; Mrs. Little, yea Motion Passed.
