As Manager of Production I lead a bi-coastal team of Project Managers in concept,
creation, execution, and support of world-class interactive experiences, both online and in
Disney Theme Parks. I am responsible for the budget and planning of the Advanced
Projects segment, which focuses on new technologies and markets. My position requires
me to work with VPs, external partners, diverse Disney groups, and individual contributors
every day.
In addition to other projects, I personally served as Project Manager for Virtual Magic
Kingdom (a massively multiplayer online and in-Park game with over 2.4 million characters
created to date) and Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters Online (the first-ever connected
attraction, which features a PC-based game that connects players with riders on the
Disneyland attraction live and real-time).

Pottery Barn and Pottery Barn Kids for this $3.8B company. Lead a team of ten developers

Personally developed the checkout and search functionality for the sites. Responsible for
creating and maintaining best practices for programming, load testing, and performance

As an independent consultant for such industry-leading companies as Ritz Interactive and
Drawn & Quarterly Publishing I was responsible for the planning, implementation, and
maintenance of mission-critical commerce and community web applications using

As Director of Development I directed the planning and technical implementation of new
features and projects as well as the day-to-day web operations of the largest photographic
retailer on the Internet. I worked with and in every division of the company, from building
key site features to conducting strategic research and providing customer support.
I was responsible for directing the work of the development team, as well as for maintaining
the integrity of the brand throughout the site and ensuring rapid response through code
and image optimization. During my tenure I implemented a structured system of project
planning, built a full development environment including source control, and developed
testing processes. I was also an active developer, building key community and commerce
