Undergraduate School Fees 2014
When you enrol, you are required to pay only the enrolment fee, the fee for credits
awarded as a result of Recognition of Prior Learning, and the cost of the first two
courses. When you have passed your first two courses, you then pay for the next
two, and so on.

Students residing in South Africa may purchase their workbook(s) in printed format, however all
assessment must still be uploaded to the MySats site regardless of the format of the workbook.

Higher Certificate in Christian Counselling – From 2014
Each course in the Higher Certificate in Christian Counselling costs R1650 (elearning). No print option is available.
Other Fees
Stand-alone courses: Full price, if you submit the assessment tasks. Half price, if
you choose not to do the assessment tasks.

Students who complete the Crossroads Programme will receive 24 credits per track
on enrolment into the BTh or HCCL Programme. The cost will be R2800, which
includes enrolment fees.
Re-Assessment Fee: If you are not satisfied with the mark awarded by one of your
assessors, you are welcome to request a remark at a fee of R285 ($42)
Changes to curriculum: If you want to change your curriculum at any stage, a fee
of R75 ($13) will be levied.
Special letters: If you ask the Seminary to write a special letter on your behalf, e.g.,
confirming that you are enrolled as a student with SATS a fee of R70 per letter will
be levied (including postage), or $13 for overseas students.
Transcripts: On graduation, you will receive a copy of your official transcript free of
charge. Subsequent official copies will cost R100 (including postage) for local
students and $30 for overseas students.
Reinstatement Fee: If you drop out of your studies and at a later stage wish to
continue, a reinstatement fee of R250 will be charged.
Moderation Fee: Before you graduate, a selection of your work has to be sent for
external moderation. There is a R250 fee for the moderation.
Termination of studies: If for some reason you elect to cancel your enrolment or
withdraw from the programme, no refunds will be given.
