are excited for the program and know you will enjoy this unique opportunity.
You have currently registered 4 people for the Brown Bear Encounter on Saturday, October 17,
2015 at 9:30 am. We have received your full $200.00 payment.
At the time of your program, please meet zoo staff at the admissions booth. A staff member will
lead you to the area where your program will take place.
Before you arrive at the zoo, please take a moment to complete the attached waiver form and
return it to us at the time of your program, or beforehand by email, fax, or mail. This form is
required by each individual for participation in the program. Seeing as this program takes place
behind-the-scenes, make sure everyone in your group is wearing footwear that entirely encloses
the foot.
