process. Identified best practices, developed workable plan, purchased needed
equipment, and trained personnel in its use.

Increased sales for a CNC machine reseller through creation and delivery of a tailored
informational presentation to 20 executives. Performed a technical demonstration while
answering questions. This reseller sold the machines and the associated software as
well.

Enhanced morale and productivity through promotion of a team-based work
atmosphere. Identified strengths and weaknesses in the employees along with needed
skill sets. Provided mentoring and assignments of increased responsibility to encourage
a sense of ownership in the overall process.

Increased quality through development of a new tool that improved communications
between design and shop floor personnel. Identified a solution to the inability of pulling
out full scale prints to the shop floor. This additional information increased productivity
and quality of the completed product as well.

Created a comprehensive training program for use of new CAD/CAM software.
Developed curricula, handouts, and delivered lecture, small group and one-on-one
instruction on use of this powerful application. Customer views and productivity
improved.

Took over an important project stalled due to the impression that tooling such a part was
impossible. Researched best practices and put in place new methodologies that
created design of tooling within 2 days, saving the product delivery date and original
intent.

Reduced downtime and enhanced employee morale through initiation of a new crosstraining program. Employees received the education they needed to achieve their
career goals while the company always had an experienced person to cover during
vacations and unexpected absenteeism.

Turned around company sales lost due to extensive product lead times and the

new improvement changes and procedures that tracked orders and decreased time to


