employability and earnings loss evaluations of industrially injured workers, welfare
recipients, veteran’s and civil litigation clients. Assisted/coordinated occupational
therapy programs, including work hardening, pain management, ergonomic
assessment and transfer of hand dominance retraining. Initiated in-house forensic
rehabilitation training services. Opened FACTS-L.A. in March 1988, which became
the largest, most profitable office of nine centers within two years of operation, with

tax credit system in placing State Department of Rehabilitation clients in the open,

psychiatric, penal and developmentally disabled teenagers and adults.
Work Evaluator and Work Adjustment Specialist. Counseled and evaluated ex-prison
offenders and mentally disabled clients as to the world of work. Psychometric testing
of skills/aptitudes. Visual, audiological and nueropsych screening. Trained at the
University of South Florida.

Sunrise Community - Miami, FL. Habilitation Manager. Coordinated physical,
occupational, music and recreational therapy programs for developmentally disabled
and moderately to severally cognitively impaired children and adolescents. Supervised
