Terms and Conditions for Evening Hall Hire
We thank you for your request to hire the club hall and would be grateful if you could read and acknowledge the following conditions of hire.
1. The hall must be booked by a person for their own use or for a member of their direct family. It may not be booked for a third party.
2. You should liaise directly with the Club Manager to organise access to the club premises for any
‘setting up’
3. You should advise the Club Manager of the number of people attending your event in order for the correct number of staff to be in attendance.
4. The maximum number of persons allowed at a function is 120 . The hall can be used for your function from 19:00 to 23:30hrs on the day of booking only.
5. Any music provided must be instructed to finish at 23:15 and drinking up time is 23:20.
6. Attendees must vacate the club premises by 23:30.
7. A list of non-members names attending the function must be passed to the club secretary at least
3 days before the date of booking so that it can be displayed on the club notice board.
8. Decoration – Adhesive tape, blue tack or drawing pins are NOT to be used on paintwork and/or painted surfaces
9. At the end of the function the hall must be left in a clean and orderly condition by the hirer. Failure to do so will result in the non-return of the deposit (see charges below). An inspection of the hall will be carried out following the function and any damage found over and above the amount of the deposit will be paid for by the hirer.
10. The hirer is responsible for the behaviour of their guests while on club premises including the car park area. If there are any problems with guests involving the closing down of the function or the police having to be called, the deposit will be forfeited and any membership may be in jeopardy. This will also apply if any person under the age of 18 years is found attempting to purchase or drinking alcohol on the premises.
11. The club management reserve the right to refuse a request for the hire of the hall and also the right to refuse admission to the premises if attendance has not been previously notified or these rules are not met
HIRE CHARGES
Rate (A) Non-RBL Member
– Casual Hirer; £35 per hour
or part there of.
Rate (B) Member RBL
– Casual Hirer; £30 per hour or part there of.
Rate (C) Non RBL Member – Regular Hirer; £25 per hour or part there of.
Rate (D) Member RBL – Regular Hirer ; £20 per hour or part there of.
Extra staff rates;
£25 per person per function
dependant on numbers attending.
