Landscape Design is not an exact science but more of an artful way to soften, enhance, develop, improve and/ or change the view
and value of your home or business. One of the best ways for you to help in this Design Process is to provide us with a list of textures,
colors, styles, types of plant materials, stone, groundcovers, and more.
We do not expect clients to become Horticulturists or Design Experts. But by taking some time to provide our design team
with personal taste selections. Our vast array of possibilities will increase the overall success of the personal design for your home or
office. With all this said Zick’s Design Staff feels comfortable designing with the style of home / office without input if desired.

project. We often break down projects into phases, providing you with a Master Plan that can be installed over the next few seasons.

Base price for design may increase due to complexity. Will notify before additional charges will be applied.
Lot Surveys or Plot Plans are extremly helpful.
___$150.00, (drive by) Landscape Design work up with no appointment and need of the Homeowner to be present. (more
information on this survey will improve the design).
___$350.00 Scheduled appointment with homeowner.
Once you choose Zick’s for your landscaping, 50% of the design charge will be refunded and the design is
yours to keep.
