Tips: Remember, all of these actions must be completed before taking part in
any youth activities, for legal and insurance requirements.
Before participating in youth services, leaders must:
□ Have attended the church for at least 6 months
□ Have maturity in faith, and the ability to develop appropriate
relationships
□ Read and become familiar with the youth ministry mission statement (Eg.
To seek out young people that they may follow Jesus and be more like him)
□ Undertake leadership training
□ Read and sign Leadership Expectations hyperlink

□ Complete national police history check hyperlink
□ Complete Drivers Declaration form hyperlink
