MIAMI’S NEWEST CASINO OPENS ITS DOORS
CASINO MIAMI JAI-ALAI offers 1,050 Las Vegas Style Slot Machines, Live Poker,
Dominoes and Jai-Alai
MIAMI, FL – Casino Miami Jai-Alai, an $87 million casino expansion of Miami JaiAlai, celebrates its opening Wednesday, January 25th, 2012, with a ribbon cutting ceremony at
5:00 p.m.; doors open to the public immediately after. The new 40,000 square foot expansion
project boasts a variety of entertainment options including: a state of the art casino featuring
1,050 Las Vegas style slot machines; Poker and Dominoes; a renovated Jai-Alai venue; dining
facilities; live shows and entertainment.
Florida Gaming Corporation’s Chairman, William B. Collett stated “the successful construction
and development of Casino Miami Jai-Alai is a result of the cooperative efforts of dedicated
employees, committed management team, contractors, vendors and countless others who worked
in tandem to ensure this day would come to fruition.”
On opening day, consumers can not only be part of the historic opening of the expanded facility
of what is now Casino Miami Jai-Alai, but they can be among the exclusive first to sign up for
the Viva Club, a unique player’s club that offers up to $50 of free slot play at the time of sign up.

sector investment. In addition to housing Miami’s legendary Jai-Alai fronton, Casino Miami JaiAlai adds a 40,000 square foot state of the art casino, an expanded Poker Room, Dominoes, live
shows such as concerts and boxing, a new restaurant and four full-service bars, including two
that will feature live music!
