Five Layers of the Atmosphere
Foldable
1. Stack three half sheets of paper (8 ½” x 5 ½”) so that the back sheet is
one inch higher than the front sheet.
2. Bring the bottom of the three sheets upward and align the edges so
that all of the layers or tabs are the same distance apart.
3. When all tabs are an equal distance apart, fold the paper and crease
well.
4. Label each flap with an atmosphere title with the bottom flap being
the Earth’s surface.
5. Using the bullet method, list 5 facts for each layer of the atmosphere.
6. Decorate in a colorful style!!!!!!!!
7. Once you have finished, open the papers and glue them together along
the valley or inner center fold.
