Checklist for return of Membership Forms
The person applying for Membership of the Society must have their own
IE number (yellow tag number).
Please complete the white Membership form and the ICBF/CMMS form.
Please enclose cheque for Membership fees €127 and transfer fees of €38 for each
female if not paying fees by Direct Debit.
To become a member of the Society you must have at least one pedigree
female officially transferred by the office into your name .If your name is printed
as the owner on the pedigree certificate, then the animal is already in your
name, if not, a transfer fee of € 38 applies for each female.
Please return all Pedigree Charolais Certificates with your Membership
application forms .All pedigree females MUST be officially transferred into
your name by the office to register calves out of them.
All pedigree calves born in 2015 have to be notified to Breed Societies via
the ICBF Animal Events Recording Book. This book will be issued to you by
ICBF approx. 2/3 weeks after we receive your Membership application. Do not
send any fees with your Animal Events Sheet. We will invoice you for
registration fees and as soon as this fee is paid we will then issue the certificate.
All stock bulls must have a DNA profile on record before calves can be
registered.
The registration fee for calves born from 1st September 2015 is €60 for natural
born calves. Fee for embryo calves born from the 1st September is €70 if paid by
cheque.
Members paying fees by Direct Debit pay €50 per calf, fee for embryo calves is
€70. A Direct Debit Mandate is enclosed.
