UCAS Preparation Form for Oxbridge applicants
This form is part of the College's applications process if you wish to apply for these highly competitive
courses. You will need to complete it otherwise the College will not be able to fully support you.
This isn't a brief, box-ticking exercise. Your completion of this form should be part of your research
and thinking about where you will apply and why. It should also cause you to reflect on the
appropriateness of the decisions you have made. For this reason, please do consult a member of the
Careers team (Fiona or Sabine) or your personal tutor if you have any questions.
You must bring a completed copy of this form to the next meeting, where we will discuss it with you
and plan the next stage of your application.
