The undersigned witnessed the burial of the above-mentioned cables. The cables were installed in
original condition as shown on the attached drawings:

and remained intact during the
burial as shown on that drawing. The IT sources are wired directly from the IT's, then pass via
directly to the metering cabinet. No other tapped connections have been made into these cables which
carry the secondary current and voltage sources used for the wholesale revenue metering at the above
mentioned facility.
