July 6, 2015– official meeting documentation in clerk book
Chairman Roger Hubmer at the Decoria Township Hall called the monthly meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. The board
members in attendance were supervisors Roger Hubmer, Bruce Levos and Lyle Femrite. Treasurer Dawn Hubmer and Clerk
Valerie Levos. Motion made by B. Levos and second by Femrite to approve the clerk minutes as read. All in favor 3-0,
motion passed. Motion made by B. Levos and second by Femrite to approve paying claims 99-110, billings from Isebrand
Farms and net pay distribution. All in favor 3-0, motion passed. Balanced with bank statement ending May and June 2015.
Road Report
FEMA Project 183 Lane – completed by Deegan. Clerk will finalize paperwork to FEMA
Guardrail installed at 181 Lane (Holbrook Bottom)
Femrite contact Deegan regarding berm for Kodiak Lane
Top cut and spraying completed

George Seys Jr – 592 Avenue, Section 23
o Motion made by Bruce Levos and second by Femrite to approve the driveway request with a 15” culvert, 40
feet with aprons at 592 Ave, Section 23. All in favor 3-0, motion passed
Brad Schultz –
o Notice for conditional use permit for property at R35.14.19.200.003 for repair and replace tile/culvert to
existing private roadway entrance for access to property improving roadway at the bluff crossing placing 24”
culvert. Board takes no action and defer to Blue Earth County Planning and Zoning.

Lee Bohrer –
o Accepts the terms as outlined in letter to resident. Resident and Township will work together where the
resident pays for removal of culvert and township pays for installation and cost of a 15” 40 foot replacement
culvert with aprons positioned approximately 75 feet from existing culvert.
Old Business
Road inspection – Seal Coating Cedar Meadows- received two bids. Motion made by B. Levos and second by Femrite to
award the work to Nielson Blacktopping, Inc. in the amount of $30,465.00 contingent that the oil is compatible with
overlay and project is completed by end of August. All in favor, 3-0, motion passed.
Bridge L-5663 – Femrite work with Deegan for estimate
Crystal Valley Summer Contract – Hubmer no action
New Business
Decoria Township population 1,102 and 415 Households
Decoria Cemetery Association – thank you letter for donation
Motion made by B. Levos and second by Femrite to adjourn the meeting, all in favor 3-0, motion passed. Meeting
adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
