Materials can be submitted in Ukrainian, Russian or English. Text of the report
must be prepared in Microsoft Word 97/2000/ХР/2003.
You have to send:
1. Text of the report (1 full page) has to be submitted in doc-file by e-mail.
Margins of pages – 2.3 cm,
Type: Times New Roman, 11 pt, single line spacing.
Formula: 11 pt (Σ-12, table - 9pt), subscript/superscript - 8pt (Σ-11, table 7pt), sub-subscript/ superscript - 6pt (Σ-8, table - 5pt), symbol - 10 pt. Formula
place centered.
Figures are to be copied in buffer, then choose “Correcting”, “Special insert”,
then select “Image”; inscription of figures – 9 pt: fig. 1а; fig. 2а, b. Figures
place centered.
Order of material arrangement:
• UDC code shall be printed left on the upper line,11pt;
• Authors: skip one line, print names of authors, country, city; bold (12pt);
• Title of the report: skip one line, print paper title in the middle of the next line
in bold capital letters, 12pt, interval before and after – 6pt;
• Text of the report: skip one line and begin from the paragraph, 11pt.

Fee
Payment should be made in national currency of Ukraine in the amount of 250 UAH.
For undergraduate and graduate students – 150 UAH.
Fee for one paper includes:
- information services;
- registration and advisory services;
- publication of proceedings and conference program prior to the congress;
- coffee brake;
- presentation;
- information and consultation services.
Registration fee does not cover the expenses of your stay in Vinnytsia.
For foreign participants fee is equivalent of $ 50 in Ukrainian currency.

The papers presented at the Congress and recommended by scientific program committee,
will be published in scientific journals "Visnyk of Vinnytsia Polytechnic Institute"
(included in the international scientific bases) or "Environmental Science" (included in the
list of VAK/MES Ukraine), according to their requirements
