BOXPARK Shoreditch is a retail revolution – the World’s 1st Pop Up mall. Based in the heart of
East London, BOXPARK strips and refits shipping containers to create unique, low-cost, low-risk,
‘box shops.’ No high street retailers – just carefully selected, groundbreaking brands by invitation
only to create a revolutionary mix – and simply great products.
BOXPARK Shoreditch runs a full programme of weekly on-site events including art exhibitions,
weekly acoustic sessions, pop up events and poetry evenings, to name a few.
And that’s where you come in…
Reporting to the retail director, the events manager will be responsible for:









Devising and coordinating weekly events on-site and on time
Proposing and securing event sponsors
Scheduling and booking in events
Planning, researching and suggesting events and PR opportunities
Marketing all events via newsletters and on BOXPARK’s social media feeds
Attending and ensuring the smooth running of all events on site
Liaising day to day with tenants about events, PR and marketing activities
Maintaining and developing tenant/brand relationships
Supporting the retail operations director and sales and marketing director
The successful candidate for the events manager role will be a confident, articulate and highlymotivated person with a proven track record in managing and developing live events.
