for Renewable Energy Projects

INSTRUCTIONS & EXPLANATORY NOTES
1. Promoter means any entity/group contributing atleast 20% of the equity.
2. Furnish brief detail of industry, for captive or co-generation plant.
3. Give full particulars, wherever asked, of the arrangements already made with copies of
supporting document.
4. The cost of the project must be as per the Annexure supported with break-up of
equipment/packages and other works. The basis of cost such as actual procurement/ awarded
(with dates) or estimated must be brought out clearly.
5. Provide basis of (calculation of) physical benefits.
6. Provide basis of assumptions made for calculation of Financial Rate of Return (FIRR).
7. Furnish details of environmental issues and major mitigations recommended, implemented and
planned.
8. All amounts must be expressed in ` unless defined otherwise and technical quantities must be
given with appropriate units where ever not defined.
9. It may be noted that details furnished in this form must tally with the details provided in the
Project/Feasibility Report. Any deviation must be supplemented with proper explanation.
10. Ensure that the checklist has been complied with, any additional documents must be listed
therein.
11. At the time of application the promoter/applicant company should normally have achieved the
following mile stones;
a. Letter/MoU with Govt.
b. Registration of the Company.
c. Identification of equity and its contributors.
d. PPA (Signed/Agreed Draft)
e. Fuel linkage (In case of Biomass Project)
Applications (alongwith annexures) submitted will be property of PFC GEL and would be retained.
PFC GEL reserves the right to reject the loan application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
