The Minutes of the proceedings of a meeting of the Flint Town Council, held in the
Council Chamber, Town Hall, Flint, on Monday the 1st October, 2012.

PRAYERS:
The meeting was opened with prayers led by Miss. Iris Williams, the Mayor’s
Chaplain.

MAYOR’S ANNOUNCMENTS:
The Town Mayor, Mrs. Vicky Perfect, informed that since the last Council Meeting
she had attended over 30 events.
She singled out the Jade Jones homecoming event on the 25th August, 2012, as one of
the most memorable events that she had ever attended.
She also referred to the march to save the Community Hospital, there were over 2,000
people protesting, she thanked the Community Hospital Committee for arranging this.
The Mayor’s announcements appear as an appendix to the Minutes.

RESOLVED:
That the Minutes of the proceedings of the meeting
of the Flint Town council, held on Monday the 23rd
July, 2012, be confirmed as a correct record and
signed by the Town Mayor, Councillor Mrs. V. Perfect.
All members were in favour of the Minutes being
confirmed as a correct record.
