We try to create as little stress on kitty as possible. Our procedures are tailored to meet the needs of the
individual cat. One cat may take longer than another because he needs rest periods. Another kitty, because of
long hair, may take as long as two hours to dry. We have brought together the best shampoo, conditioners and
grooming techniques in a clean and safe environment to provide the best experience available for kitty.
We offer stylized cuts and shaves such as the classic Lion Cut, the discrete Tummy Trim, a practical Sanitary
Trim, baths, nail clipping and Soft Paws application. All baths include nail clipping, eyes and ears cleaned and
anal glands expressed. If your cat is badly matted and needs hand de-matting, please realize that dematting,
which entails individually and carefully working out mats without pulling kitty's skin, can take several hours. A
lion cut, cape cod or partial shaving may be a better solution, less stressful to the kitty as well as less costly. If
your directions are not specific or we are unsure about them, no cutting will be done until we can contact you.

Please read the following carefully and sign.
Your pet is scheduled for a minor procedure to be done under sedation. Like you, our greatest concern is the well being of your pet. There are
inherent risks any time anesthetics and sedatives are administered. The utmost care will be taken to try and avoid any complications but all
complications cannot be foreseen. Animals that require frequent sedation for procedures (such as grooming, bathing, etc.) may be required to
have periodic blood screening to assure kidney and liver health.
I understand the risks of anesthesia and/or sedation and will not hold Lawrenceville Animal Care Center responsible for unforeseen
complications. I authorize Lawrenceville Animal Care Center and its veterinarians to perform anesthesia and/or sedation on my pet. I
understand that I assume full financial responsibility for this animal and understand that additional charges may be incurred in the
event of any complications.
Optional while under sedation:
 Microchip Placement- $42 A tiny microchip coded with an identification number is injected under the skin to aid in recovery if your
pet is lost or stolen.
