In comparison with traditional methods of deep purification of gases, the membrane method can be more economic and efficient for purifying a range of substances. So, in comparison with methods of low temperature rectification, the membrane separation is carried out at the room temperature and in the absence of phase transformations [1]. The absence of liquid phase while working with such explosive substances, as volatile non-organic hydrides, essentially increases the security of membrane gas separation method. In comparison with absorption and chemical methods of purification, the researched method is continuous and doesn’t require employment of any reagents. In consequence of this, the development of membrane method of deep purification of gases is the actual task. The development of membrane method of deep purification of gases is connected with the solution of the major scientific issue – the creation of scientific fundamentals of deep purification of gases with the help of non-porous polymer membranes as well as the creation of the technology of deep purification of gases by membrane gas separation method [2].
